🍳Vadai, smoke tuna mousse Vadai即係炸豆餅,平時食開就有唔同嘅形狀嘅,至於呢間餐廳就將佢變成一個圓轆轆嘅炸波波,上邊再放上蛋黃同魚子醬,賣相一流,魚子醬嘅鹹香配埋蛋黃濃郁嘅味道,令到成個口感更濕潤,唔會因為個炸波波而覺得好dry
