To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去咗一間喺中環庇利街小巷嘅小店,呢啲位置唔係大街嘅小店,喺而家嘅經濟環境要做得住真係要靠質素,今次呢間小店都冇令我哋失望,去到見到門口有一個戶外位,點知入到去舖頭入面先發覺別有洞天,喺舖頭入面仲有一個自製嘅戶外環境,擺咗好多花花草草嘅裝飾,雖然戶外冇冷氣,但本身室內冷氣都吹到出嚟,又咁啱天氣唔係好熱涼涼地,而且戶外都有幾個風扇,不過如果落雨就應該麻煩啲,今日天氣好仲有陽光,所以都好舒服,個餐牌設計好好,寫晒每個食物飲品嘅卡路里,揀嘅時候可以諗清諗楚,不過另一半就覺得放假出得嚟食嘢就唔好諗咁多,所以佢係自動隱藏咗啲卡路里。先要講嘅係服務真係好好,店員見我哋諗嘢食諗得耐,問我哋使唔使幫手介紹返啲嘢食,佢好耐心咁逐一講間餐廳嘅嘢食飲飲品有咩特別,又話如果怕熱可以開大啲風扇,我哋未食嘢都已經覺得招呼好好,其實有時我哋兩個都覺得啲嘢食最好食,服務唔好就點都食得唔開心,所以服務好真係好緊要,雖然店員介紹咗好多健康嘅嘢食同埋講咗一啲健康嘅理念,但係另一半最後都係食返自己想食嘅嘢,揀左鋪頭最heavy嘅餐點,叫咗一個法式洋蔥燴肉丸配蝴蝶粉同一個輕煎帶子黑松露菠菜牛肝菌意粉,嘢飲就叫咗一個仙氣朱古力同一

去咗一間喺中環庇利街小巷嘅小店,呢啲位置唔係大街嘅小店,喺而家嘅經濟環境要做得住真係要靠質素,今次呢間小店都冇令我哋失望,去到見到門口有一個戶外位,點知入到去舖頭入面先發覺別有洞天,喺舖頭入面仲有一個自製嘅戶外環境,擺咗好多花花草草嘅裝飾,雖然戶外冇冷氣,但本身室內冷氣都吹到出嚟,又咁啱天氣唔係好熱涼涼地,而且戶外都有幾個風扇,不過如果落雨就應該麻煩啲,今日天氣好仲有陽光,所以都好舒服,個餐牌設計好好,寫晒每個食物飲品嘅卡路里,揀嘅時候可以諗清諗楚,不過另一半就覺得放假出得嚟食嘢就唔好諗咁多,所以佢係自動隱藏咗啲卡路里。先要講嘅係服務真係好好,店員見我哋諗嘢食諗得耐,問我哋使唔使幫手介紹返啲嘢食,佢好耐心咁逐一講間餐廳嘅嘢食飲飲品有咩特別,又話如果怕熱可以開大啲風扇,我哋未食嘢都已經覺得招呼好好,其實有時我哋兩個都覺得啲嘢食最好食,服務唔好就點都食得唔開心,所以服務好真係好緊要,雖然店員介紹咗好多健康嘅嘢食同埋講咗一啲健康嘅理念,但係另一半最後都係食返自己想食嘅嘢,揀左鋪頭最heavy嘅餐點,叫咗一個法式洋蔥燴肉丸配蝴蝶粉同一個輕煎帶子黑松露菠菜牛肝菌意粉,嘢飲就叫咗一個仙氣朱古力同一個 special menu原個椰青咖啡,另一半仲好唔健康咁加咗個小食咸蛋黃羅勒雞翼,我同另一半都最鍾意個輕煎帶子黑松露菠菜牛肝菌意粉,首先就梗係個帶子本身係刺身級嘅帶子,所以佢真係可以做到輕煎就可以好好食,因為真係好鮮甜,表面輕輕煎過,加埋本身嘅鮮甜,已經值回票價,黑松露就唔係太突出,但係本身個汁就好突出好creamy,個味道調得好,每一條意粉都掛住啲汁,本身另一半覺得加菠菜同牛肝菌純粹係裝飾,應該冇咩特別,但大家食落去都覺得佢哋有中和返個汁嘅作用,令到你唔會覺得好油膩,仲會覺得好似成件事健康咗好多咁,牛肝菌仲令到你嘅口感更加豐富,至於另一個法式洋蔥燴肉丸,佢係配蝴蝶粉,我就覺得好少餐廳做蝴蝶粉,所以就揀咗呢個pasta,原來另一半本身唔太鍾意蝴蝶粉,因為比意粉厚實,有時煮得唔透又會好硬,而且有啲餐廳個汁做得唔勻,會令到個蝴蝶粉冇汁嘅味道,但呢個蝴蝶粉每一粒都做到比個汁包住,做得軟身,但又唔會腍到一嚿粉咁,肉丸就唔係瑞典肉丸重味,比較淡啲,但係肉味都出,個口感幾特別,有咬口得嚟唔會硬亦唔會散,而且份量滿足,食肉獸都唔怕健康餐廳無野揀,兩個pasta都係有質素,至於兩杯嘢飲,又係出乎意料嘅,第一杯係啱女仔打卡嘅仙氣朱古力,送上嚟係一個壺裝住朱古力,另外一個杯裝住一啲棉花糖,到啲朱古力後去嘅時候就會溶咗啲棉花糖,店員就話視乎你個人喜好,棉花糖會令到個朱古力嘅甜味增加,但我就覺得加咗之後係直頭令到個朱古力升華咗,係個朱古力飲落去會飲到棉花糖嘅味道,兩者融合得來各自都好突出,棉花糖唔係淨係要嚟打卡,而另一杯原個椰青咖啡,又係可以做到椰青同咖啡融合得嚟各自特色都存在,估唔到椰青水同咖啡都幾夾,佢嘅咖啡本身味濃,椰青水嘅鮮甜就除咗做到加甜嘅功用,而且佢仲有普通糖水冇嘅鮮甜味,本身椰青味都突出,所以效果好好,小食嘅雞翼就係畫龍點睛啦,冇pasta咁出色,鹹蛋黃味幾重,蓋過咗本身嘅香草味,如果香草味濃啲就比較好,環境就坐得好舒服,如果天氣好其實真係想坐戶外多過坐室內,因為有啲陽光又有涼風,真係好似chill啲。另外特別想提嘅係,每個意粉價錢大概係$70-$80,喺中環嚟講,呢個價錢真係好良心。最後服務就唔使講,放喺一開頭講就係因為成日都講小店嘅服務係比較有人情味,所以最鍾意呢一種小店。
