To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢個星期天氣開始變凍， lunch時間特別想食啲辣暖下身。 中環嘅lunch time周圍都好多人，呢間樓上舖都一樣。如果大家想食到嘅話，就要提早少少去拎位。今次試咗佢嘅瘋狂擔擔麵同埋瘋狂肥腸面。一碗麵加杯嘢飲就係$83+1，或者可以再加配小食同埋甜品。呢個價錢喺中環來講算係抵食性價比高本身唔係好食得辣， 第一次食都係叫咗BB辣同埋BB麻試吓先。 辣嘅程度比起譚x米線嘅10小辣來講冇咁辣，下次可以上一級小辣。瘋狂擔擔面嘅麵質夠爽，煮得啱啱好， 個炸醬味都好香好夠味，撈埋青瓜絲同埋蔥粒更加好食瘋狂肥腸面都好正，肥腸洗得乾淨， 味道唔錯但未夠入味，可以一試。跟餐叫咗杯紅肉柚子，食辣野飲果汁都好夾
