To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

醬汁一共有3款,分別係泰式辣椒醬、甜醬油 & 薑蓉,個人比較鐘意將雞肉蘸上重口味嘅甜醬油,再配一口油飯中和翻泰式辣椒醬,十分惹味🤤🤤 伴碟嘅蒿筍切成細絲,顏色碧綠,口感爽脆,可能因為係製成涼拌嘅關係,味道帶點微甘😌

3️⃣ 原粒瑤柱雞粒炆飯($68)


以前係其他餐廳食過呢一款係用荷葉包住嘅,估唔到呢度係用煲仔炆完直接原煲上枱🤓 一打開就見到飯中心有原粒瑤柱,配菜更有冬菇粒、菜心莖、雞塊等,同埋用高湯炆煮至變色嘅飯粒,每一啖飯都好濕潤好入味😌 喺3款飯菜入面我最鐘意嘅一碟🥰
