同朋友食飯,我係中環揀咗間好靚嘅餐廳《Spiga》約會一下❣️咁有格調嘅餐廳,一坐低我叫咗杯House White🥂飲吓傾吓偈!➰Starter🔹Polpo agli agrumi (Seared Octopus)烤八爪魚🐙係西班牙菜嘅一種八爪魚烤到肉質好淋,但外面脆脆,keep到有𡁻口,下面配以薯蓉同酸酸哋嘅醬!同時食的話,好有滿足感😌而且有烘烤嘅味道,特別好食😋➰Main Course🔹 Manzo Black Angus呢款係美國1855 黑安格斯牛柳,我哋叫咗medium,肉味鮮濃、肉質幼嫩,好香牛味、伴埋香滑薯蓉,suprise佢煎得咁好食!美中不足係伴菜唔太夾😅不過塊牛柳好味嘅程度可以抵銷咗呢個不足🥰🔹"Acquerello" risotto, fresh Italian black truffle, langoustines, Morel mushrooms看似普通一般嘅Risotto!Wow~呢個Risotto真心有誠意,可以煮到個汁好滑,個飯係煮得剛好,有咬口!On top放咗香味濃嘅黑松露加鮮美爽甜嘅生蝦,真係唔識用形容詞嚟形容佢嘅好味,你嚟食過就明!呢個菜真係滿滿驚

呢度嘅Tiramisu有別於一般嘅做法,佢用咗白朱古力做coating包住,食時會有脆脆感,內裡就軟綿綿!餅底係冇被Kahlúa咖啡酒浸過,但白朱古力裡面嘅意大利軟芝士餡就taste到香噴噴嘅咖啡酒!
食完我哋走咗出去outdoor感受吓啲氣氛,我哋話下次要坐出去飲嘢再傾吓偈❣️
