Restaurant: Tsing Shan Wan Seafood Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中秋佳節又是與家人食團圓飯,今次到三聖“青山灣漁港酒樓”進餐,先到附近海鮮檔,買了“龍蝦”、“賴尿蝦”、“龍躉”、“2桶蠔”,另店主也送了一袋有蜆、魚仔等海鮮給我地煮海鮮湯。將海鮮拎到酒樓給侍應點算再點菜,是日點了海鮮湯、芝士龍蝦伊麵、椒鹽賴尿蝦、砵酒焗蠔、西芹炒龍躉、果皮蒸龍躉、炸子雞、老干媽四季豆、桂花糕海鮮湯~蜆肉、魚、細賴尿蝦,煲起奶白色海鮮湯鮮味無窮,飲完一碗又一碗 芝士伊麵龍蝦~芝士味濃,澳洲龍蝦啖啖肉,配上伊麵一絕配搭,我的致愛 椒鹽賴尿蝦~大大隻啖啖肉,多膏肉鮮 砵酒蠔~美國蠔大隻不腥又有蠔味,同砵酒味道混合,食完一隻又一隻 西芹炒龍躉~龍躉腩啖多鮮味,西芹爽口味清,清新好味 果皮蒸龍躉~驚喜之作,果皮的果香配上龍躉的鮮味,不油不膩鮮甜可口,龍躉的魚皮蒸後口感有點像花膠,好似食跟花膠~好好味 炸子雞~炸得唔過火恰到好處,外皮脆而肉質滑有雞味, 唔會滿口油,香口好味老干媽炒四季豆~香辣可口 另酒樓亦送了一客桂花糕做飯後甜品,忘了拍照,糕點比較甜而不重桂花味,一般般是日全場爆滿,但侍應服務有效率、有禮貌,值得一讚 整體餸菜有水準,值得下次再惠顧
