To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚中秋佳節,難得與親朋戚友聚一聚,到潮州百樂這中式餐廳吃是每年必做的。今年有些不同,便是多了小情人,親戚又帶她的孫女來,比較熱鬧一些。⭐️潮式拼盤非常地道,我最愛的是他們的豆腐,很入味!⭐️千島醬(?)蝦球因為菜單不在我手,吃下去酸酸甜甜有點像千島醬的味道,大大隻蝦球,啖啖肉,好吃⭐️豆醬(?)雞這隻雞的醬很特別,我第一次吃便愛上,非常值得推介👍🏻⭐️欖菜豆角炒飯跟平時街外的一樣,普通⭐️桂花糕
