To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚上跟男友去大圍維修零件，隨便挑一家茶餐廳吃個宵夜。鹿苑裝修光猛，尚算乾淨整潔。雲吞水餃麵，男友說味道不錯。我覺得雲吞裡的胡椒下得過多，有點刺激喉嚨。慶幸湯底頗清甜，可以緩和一下。牛肚麵，牛肚新鮮，切得工整。麵質一般，湯底似乎沒下腩汁，味精略重。價錢只是二十多元，但份量偏少，填填肚還算可以
