一講起中環的bar,好多時想到蘭桂芳,行到路口想飲杯咖啡,但入到店見到不同酒,又撩起我飲酒的意慾。天氣熱,但餐廳都有spring cocktail menu,仲要crossover廣東菜式,叫左蘿蔔糕,發菜蠔豉同茶葉蛋。先飲了茶葉蛋,感覺很特別,bar tender 好有心思用苦精造成茶葉蛋的裂痕造型,入口唔苦很甜,酒味不太濃烈,十分易入口,重點很creamy也很够凍❤️蘿蔔糕,一見到就估到,幾粒蝦米,大啖一飲,哇,完全係蘿蔔糕精華,一大啖連foam飲,食到蝦米,真係原隻上😎飲到最底都重飲到蝦米味,好鮮甜😆蠔豉髮菜,喜歡飲烈酒必選,飲啖酒,gin酒味重,我最愛,bar tender話飲完連蠔葉加紫菜吃一口,omg真係蠔味同gin 酒味在口腔立即無曬,反而岀了深深的蠔味。三款酒不同的味道,三款也必推,下次會帶🐷來試❤️Bar tenser係鎮店之寶😜👍🏻
