今日又嚟K11 Musea食飯,經過呢間蜀客好多次,見佢裝修幾靚又有情調,川菜喺香港做得好味又正宗實在太少啦,嚟試下蜀客。六點鐘入座,未有咩人。燈光昏暗,配合返K11 Musea 嘅風格。呢到係新派川粵菜,裝修似西餐廳,唔會嘈,坐得闊落。而且望到維港海景,即刻高級左。有個酒吧,食飽可以坐下飲返兩杯,露枱有無敵大海景,加埋音樂,好有情調,不過防疫措施酒吧要關閉,無酒飲,但都可以出去露台坐下嘅。想試多啲唔同野,所以叫左套餐,見到川菜有遼參覺得出奇,討論中嘅時候經理過嚟話佢地其實係川粵菜,喺成都請左3個師傅過嚟做川菜,有1個師傅就係南海一號過黎做粵菜,即刻恍然大悟,禁我地就一於試下Menu B 。有少少川菜嘅感覺,少少酸辣,開胃前菜。有蝦、帶子、魷魚。禁濃味就食唔出新唔新鮮架啦,但都唔差嘅。糊辣熊貓筍,一啲都唔辣,似炒筍。薑汁秋葵,無薑汁味,個汁係酸酸地嘅。酸辣海鮮豆腐羹,豆腐滑食到有蟹肉,有點過酸同唔夠辣。蠔皇扣遼參,海參本身無咩味,但夠大條同粗身,個汁煮好味,唔錯水煮魚,其他地方通常係芽菜底,呢到用生菜第一次見,啲生菜吸曬油,食左兩條就食唔到。魚煮得好滑,唔會過熟一夾就散,同埋無咩骨。但

總括嚟講同成都川菜唔同feel ,成都個種麻,個種辣係好突出好豐富,越食越過癮,可能師傅配合返香港人口味,但想食正宗川菜呢到就唔係好岩我。價錢偏貴嘅,基本係食裝修同食個景。
