繼上次食完加介紹過俾大家後,一直念念不忘好想再食🤤 今次特登帶埋外國番嚟嘅屋企人,品嘗下特色私房菜,中菜都可以整到fine dining嘅級數😎酒香鮑魚鮑魚十分爽口,充滿酒香!! 因為酒實在太香,忍唔住飲埋🥄上面嘅酒🤤脆皮紫薯帶子驟眼睇完全估唔到原來脆漿入面包著香甜嘅紫薯,仲有大大粒帶子係中間🤩 咬開軟綿綿嘅紫薯,就係超爽口嘅帶子,口感好有層次!! 鮑汁鵝掌拼花菇鵝掌吸盡花菇同醬汁嘅香氣同精華,肉質較腍到輕輕一咬已經骨肉分離,加上口感爽脆嘅小唐菜,好啱送飯🍚金蠔花枝球絕對係手工菜,花枝球入面包咗好香嘅金蠔。表面仲有脆卜卜嘅米通,要炸得烚到好處,油溫一定要控制得好好👍玉環銀粉蒸蝦球擺碟十分用心,節瓜吸曬蝦嘅鮮味,蝦球仲好爽口,好新鮮🦐碧綠香煎鰻魚卷因為怕腥,本身唔太鍾意食鰻魚,點知依個鰻魚卷好香脆而且一啲都唔腸腥,完全無細骨😋櫻花蝦黑豚肉炒飯最後一道菜係炒飯,米飯粒粒分明,配上香脆嘅櫻花蝦,十分香口😍花膠蛋白杏仁茶我從來都接受唔到杏仁嘅藥水味🤢 但真心依碗花膠蛋白杏仁茶應該係我唯一食得曬成碗(平時一啖都唔會肯放入口😂)仲要係覺得好食嘅🫡 點解同樣係杏仁,依碗我會覺得好食?問番經理佢都分享

酒香鮑魚
鮑魚十分爽口,充滿酒香!! 因為酒實在太香,忍唔住飲埋🥄上面嘅酒🤤

脆皮紫薯帶子
驟眼睇完全估唔到原來脆漿入面包著香甜嘅紫薯,仲有大大粒帶子係中間🤩 咬開軟綿綿嘅紫薯,就係超爽口嘅帶子,口感好有層次!!

鮑汁鵝掌拼花菇
鵝掌吸盡花菇同醬汁嘅香氣同精華,肉質較腍到輕輕一咬已經骨肉分離,加上口感爽脆嘅小唐菜,好啱送飯🍚

金蠔花枝球
絕對係手工菜,花枝球入面包咗好香嘅金蠔。表面仲有脆卜卜嘅米通,要炸得烚到好處,油溫一定要控制得好好👍

玉環銀粉蒸蝦球
擺碟十分用心,節瓜吸曬蝦嘅鮮味,蝦球仲好爽口,好新鮮🦐

碧綠香煎鰻魚卷
因為怕腥,本身唔太鍾意食鰻魚,點知依個鰻魚卷好香脆而且一啲都唔腸腥,完全無細骨😋

櫻花蝦黑豚肉炒飯
最後一道菜係炒飯,米飯粒粒分明,配上香脆嘅櫻花蝦,十分香口😍

花膠蛋白杏仁茶
我從來都接受唔到杏仁嘅藥水味🤢 但真心依碗花膠蛋白杏仁茶應該係我唯一食得曬成碗(平時一啖都唔會肯放入口😂)仲要係覺得好食嘅🫡 點解同樣係杏仁,依碗我會覺得好食?問番經理佢都分享好多客人同我一樣只食佢哋嘅杏仁茶,除咗杏仁嘅品種問題,全手工磨絕唔用杏仁粉開,都係佢哋優勝之處🤓 配花膠同蛋白一齊燉,滋補養顏!!

唔係誇張,一碗甜品已令我睇得出睿私房菜對製作食物嘅用心,外國番嚟嘅屋企人都大讚好食,話下次番香港一定要再食💪🏻 望住跑馬地食飯,另有一番風味😌
