To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日難得和家人一起到彭慶記食晚飯所以點了很多菜整體來說,飯菜的味道都很不錯!!份量和賣相也很到位我們點了一些家常便飯,例如成日食的蒸肉餅!!這個肉餅不但口感鬆軟,而且充滿肉汁。肥瘦各佔半的肉碎加上魚香味實在令人垂涎三尺最重要的是,放進嘴裡,肉汁香味充滿口腔的時候,再立即配上一口白飯,一個字,正另外還有牛肉炒飯飯不會太濕也不會太乾,配合肉碎同青菜,令炒飯的味道剛剛到位!如果不想食白飯既話,炒飯是一個好的選擇!!其他菜例如魚雲煲和金銀蛋配莧菜都好好味!魚雲煲夠熱,味道濃,送飯十分好!金銀蛋配莧菜味道不是太鹹,較為清淡,也是個不錯既選擇!
