▪️鮮菠蘿炒咕嚕肉 ($108)▪️鮑汁扣原件花膠扒 ($368)▪️北海道珍寶帶子配牡丹蝦汁鴛鴦米 ($68位)▪️日式焦糖陳皮燉蛋配桃膠時令生果 ($48)話說經理大叔話安排我哋坐「海景位」,點知係對住個魚缸😂,之後啲嘢食嚟咗,佢主動搬啲茶杯俾我哋,話要比對下碟嘢有幾大⋯⋯😂係上一輩嘅攝影技巧招牌菜拔絲咕嚕肉,夾起真係會有一絲絲,記得上次喺其他舖頭食,個拔絲做咗喺碟隔離當裝飾,個炸皮非常之薄,好似一層玻璃咁,咬落超脆,豬肉係半肥瘦、軟腍juicy ,不過肥肉較多而且又甜,食得多會有啲漏😂難得係用咗新菠蘿而唔係罐頭菠蘿,不禁令我哋猜測,係咪其實都係同放題嗰度啲燒菠蘿係同一隻料😹北海道帶子配鴛鴦米,食到脆米通同埋白米兩種口感,個汁係牡丹蝦汁,不過我哋覺得有啲似福建炒飯個汁😂個帶子夠大粒唔錯~花膠扒同雞湯翅都好足料好滋補,同一定要食中菜嘅老一輩食飯,都係唔錯嘅選擇。最後甜品係日式焦糖布甸,老實我覺得有啲九唔搭八,粵菜我

最後甜品係日式焦糖布甸,老實我覺得有啲九唔搭八,粵菜我寧願你比碗紅豆沙湯圓、桂花糕我,都好過無啦啦整件日式(西式?)嘢,同埋又關陳皮咩事?🚬味道就係超市買到嗰d,同埋覺得布甸上面可以唔洗有菠蘿同桃膠,唔係所有嘢炒埋一碟就叫好食😂
