To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嚟大館,飲西茶。我相信呢間完全係以鬼佬眼中嘅一盅兩件同茶飲為定位嘅中式茶室,事關所講點心口味都有別於我喺平堂酒樓食嘅嘅傳統口味,不過如果你鍾情fusion嘢倒可以去湊湊熱鬧。留意點心不定期轉換,我食到嘅唔代表你都食到㗎😂(當日我嗌咗龍華寺素卷、煎釀嘉咸街豆腐、海苔甘筍餃、薑汁素肉小籠包、黑松露燒賣、荷葉糯米包、桂花糕同紅棗糕)等。至於飲品menu就相對「從一而終」啲,茶款有白茶、青茶同綠茶等選擇,另外亦有茶師推介。除咗茶,強烈推介佢嘅「#茶酒」!tasing set 由四款茶葉同啤酒調配而成嘅生啤有普洱、茉莉香片、玫瑰紅茶同鳳凰單欉,由淺到濃我最鍾意係普洱,咬啖紅棗糕再飲啖佢成個紅棗味再加倍突出!唔錯👍🏻!‑ ‒ –
