呢個Side Dish Tasty Fries ($48)就咁睇落去咪只係炸薯條, 最多加多少少芝士碎好未?! 有咩咁特別先? 今次個亮點就係個醬, 呢個醬係用豆辦醬混入蛋黃醬, 你無睇錯呀, 係豆辦醬呀, 味道比較偏向咸辣味, 但質感就係蛋黃醬既軟滑, 真係帶比人驚喜, 配薯條食係好味同夾既, 唔知係點諗到咁既配搭呢?! 不禁要比個"勁"字佢!

話晒係開餐, 點都要返個主菜先夠既, 呢個Red Fermented Beancurd Chicken ($228), 即係南乳鷄卷, 一客四件, 鷄肉先焗, 以鷄皮就再煎一煎香再包返件鷄肉, 肉質食落嫩滑, 而由於中間係包左D南乳, 食落口充滿佢既咸香味, 即係嫩滑版既南乳吊燒鷄; 個配菜係粟米仔, 豆腐干粒加香肉粒, 黎一個中西合壁!

呢餐中西混合煮, 食物水準相當唔錯, 又帶到驚喜感比客人, 每次上菜時, 侍應會簡單講解返個菜式既特式之處, 令我相當滿意呀!
