To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 呢間牛角旗下嘅餐廳一路都好想試，但係全香港得兩間分店，一間係東涌一間喺荃灣，今日終於就到時間嚟荃灣，就試吓佢啦🤪每個餐都包一個沙律同嘢飲，沙律好酸，宣道有少少唔自然，我同朋友食咗一啖就放棄咗😕次男坊丼定食有一座山咁樣嘅牛腹腩，long起牛肉既芽菜，同白飯。牛腹腩有少少焦香，唔韌但有啲筋，芽菜有少少泡菜味，同牛肉一齊食幾夾牛舌丼有舖滿飯面既牛舌，有少少油香，食落幾滑，最大敗筆係白飯煲得唔好，多水同煲到爛晒，落埋燒肉汁一齊食變左成pat野咁😕
