To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中規中矩的午茶, 太子區算係抵食。交通方便。都唔少人幫襯, 等位等咗15分鐘。由於當日等位派籌的機壞咗, 知客姐姐做到忟憎。 除此以外, 服務上其他各樣都ok。黑金流沙包, 雖然現時好多地方都已經有得食, 但海港真做得幾好味。我最鍾意。沙律蝦角, 香脆, 鮮蝦好爽口, 係油多咗少少。薑蔥叉燒辦麵, 薑蔥惹味, 份量唔少。粗麵爽口唔會黐埋一舊舊。辦麵現時好少地方有得食。蟹籽燒賣皇, 手切豬肉, 每粒大大粒, 應該唔係大陸貨。好味抵讚!鮮竹牛肉球, 大大粒, 新鮮熱辣辣, 係最抵食嘅點心。另外, 冇影到相嘅仲有呢個<鬆化雞蛋散>, 傳統美食, 唔係度度都有㗎, 正呀!
