To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 稻香分店都幾多,不過家人都比較喜歡呢一間,貪佢夠方便。但始終喺沙田區大型百貨隔離,預左要多啲時間等位,特別係星期日個下午茶時段。今次見到有下午茶就等到2:30,有一張點心紙有半價,但款式都唔太吸引,只是叫左個$9 煎魚肉茄子,唔算太油,煎得啱啱好,茄子仲係幾juicy 。蝦餃雖然正價,不過咁多餡都抵,真是幾多爽口彈牙嘅鮮蝦。係個皮易爛左啲,同厚左些少。至於3式腸粉真係一般,得6小舊,餡分別係牛肉,蝦同叉燒。腸粉皮多同厚,啲料又少。我寧願淨叫一味腸粉。
