To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 從前在銀湖天峰,有百分百餐廳,後來結業了。現在於迎海商場開牛奶冰室,只是換煲不換藥,同樣是百分百集團,所以 餐飲食品都是這個集團的基本模式。今天跟Honey到了烏溪沙活動,就在迎海商場找吃的,來到牛奶冰室。餐廳是開揚的,因為可以在落地玻璃,看到外面的 花草樹木。不過,座位擺放就非常迫,可能正值午飯時間,座枱只有小夾板,密麻麻的坐滿一個餐廳。Honey點常餐:炒牛乳嫩蛋、蒜蓉多士配瑞士汁雞翼撈公仔麵。瑞士汁雞翼被煮得過熟,雞肉有點「鞋」。公仔麵又好似煮未透……不過炒蛋是滑的,而且份量也不少。我就點炸魚角米線:原本是麻辣湯,但店員說可以清湯。這個好大碗,不錯,而且有好多芽菜。米線煮得夠滑,芽菜爽脆。有足足5-6塊魚片頭,還有響鈴…份量十足!兩杯飲品超大杯。整體而言,食物質素是百分百正常的質素,中規中矩,還不錯。
