To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Glasshouse之前就食過幾次IFC分店今日lunchtime黎到太古城見到,又入去食下🍽酥炸珍寶軟殻蟹凱撒沙律($158) - 軟殼蟹,炸糖心蛋,ceasar醬係我至愛🥰 3樣野加埋一齊實好食架喎🤣 呢碟基本上次次都會叫小食拼盤($248) - 好普通嘅拼盤🤔 東南亞風味咁。有蜜糖雞翼,蝦餅,串燒,炸魷魚同春卷。每樣都好普通,而且d炸野炸到有d乾🤔 唔會再叫照燒牛肉鵝肝煎蛋飯($178) - 佢一黎到個樣好似有d頹😆 不過食落牛肉有d驚喜,好滑同都幾有牛味🐮 加埋個sauce撈飯算唔錯啦
