To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又係一個人食午餐既時間,意樂都唔係第一次食,見好耐冇食就今次揀左佢。松露野菌汁焗雞扒飯 $58一上菜就好香,松露香味好突出,上面放有啲節瓜粒做點綴,不過我覺得其實可以唔要。整體嚟講食物唔錯,個焗飯有炒底,飯粒粒分明,味道整體嚟講就係野菌汁,少少菇類嘅味道,帶有鹹味。雞扒都算大塊,厚度正常,唔係薄切型雞扒。 另外天時熱叫咗杯特飲,滋味芒果啫喱冰冰。雖然或多或少都有增味劑或者糖漿,但係呢杯嘢都幾好飲,最緊要係佢夠凍,好適合天氣熱嘅時候飲。
