To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 百花釀雞翅 魚翅撈飯 杏汁燉燕窩 xo醬炒龍蝦肉 和 椰子雞湯 都是極好的

在香港很少會選擇吃中餐的fine dine 總覺得中餐適合大幫人 大盤菜的鑊氣 阿一的三星套餐雖以位上 卻保留了這股鑊氣 這是西餐日料給不了中國胃的感受

以後再來可以試試單點一些性價比高的功夫菜而不是吃燕窩鮑魚海參魚翅這些天物

舒適的環境 周到的服務 精緻的烹飪技巧 絕對是個可以常來的宴請的高級餐廳。
