To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我和兩名同行朋友到這間首次光顧的燒肉店。進入座位後我們點了一客燒肉拼盤 $5XX，預期很大份量，但我們被圖片閉眼了！上來的只夠一人份量，即使我們點多一客也不夠食，已經不說飽肚了！所以我們各自再點一客石頭煱飯 $1XX。來到的份量都不足以令人有飽肚感。因此我們三人好似無食過野一樣，當晚回到家後，我們都煮了即食麵才是飽肚，可上床睡覺。我們三人決定拉黑這間食店，CP 值見零啦！我們即使到牛角食燒肉放題也是 $5XX，到 Out Back 扒房食牛扒也是 $5XX。何解今次會食到一肚氣。強烈勸各位到訪之前要三思。而回想肉質和口感只是可以接受水平，每塊肉都太厚，所以令口感強差人意。
