之前去日本大阪旅行, 周圍都係食炸串既居酒屋~~~同朋友一齊飲下酒人下炸串傾下計真係好 relax, 諗起真係好想再去食!!! 早前朋友話我知來自大阪及東京既人氣連鎖店【Jan Jan 串揚專門店】登隆左香港灣仔丫, 將日本既風味帶到黎香港!!!!終於可以比我止一止條癮啦~~~店內裝備都係用返日本屋酒居既格調;開放式廚房以及吧台位置, 仲有 TATAMI 既房添~~~真係充滿日系風情"* 坐底一會, 店員就端上來自鹿兒島既新鮮椰菜, 咬落的確爽脆!!!椰菜除左就咁之外, 仲可以夾埋炸物一齊食, 中和熱氣及解一解油膩感~~~另外旁邊既醬汁亦係特調的, 係用黎蘸炸串架"*原來食用方法都很講究, 同一串炸串唔好沾兩次醬;如果醬汁不夠的話就用椰菜添加醬汁, 而醬汁的味道酸中帶甜, 不錯喔!! 雖然呢度係串揚專門店, 其實仲有其他食物架~~~例如串燒, 前菜, 飯類等等, 當然不少得日本的清酒, 梅酒等等.... 食日本野最好梗係飲返杯梅酒啦~~呢杯係南海梅酒 (HK$75 / 杯), 酒味不算太濃烈, 容易入口;適合喜歡飲帶點酒既女士喔!!! 先來這個高湯雞蛋卷~~固名思意就係用高湯及本雞蛋來

終於到炸串出場啦~~

每款炸串都係沾上薄薄既粉漿去炸, 既有香脆既口感又不失食材本身的味道!!!!

分別叫左牛,海老, 山芋, 蓮藕;

牛那串生熟度剛好, 牛味挺濃, 而且咬咬肉很有咬口"*

而山芋及蓮藕都很爽口, 右上粉漿的香脆, 真的十分搭配~~

個人最喜歡的就是半熟煮玉子及炸原粒芝士"*

係一定要食的喔!!!!

半熟煮玉子係原隻蛋弄成半熟狀態再拎去炸;

一咬落去蛋黃已經流緊出黎, 食個時記得要小心熱丫~~~

那個炸原粒芝士真的好邪惡, 外層薄脆內裡半渦又軟軟的!!

鹹鹹地仲可以拉埋絲, 用黎呃LIKE 一流"*

原來呢度仲有茶漬飯食架!!!

我地點左個三文魚茶漬飯, 好特別地以飯糰的形狀呈上~~

很香的茶味配上燒過既飯及三文魚碎, 清清地的味道也不錯"*

最後甜品係炸雪糕球~~

上台後真係要快 D食丫, 個雪糕會好快溶架啦!!!

外熱內凍, 兩種不同既感覺, 雲呢拿口味同厚厚既炸粉都幾夾下呢"*

呢度既炸物全部都香口又不油膩, 粉漿不會太厚~~

加埋不同醬汁作調味, 很有日本的風味, 仿似去左日本咁呢!!
