餐廳嘅環境好有日本風情,裝修簡約得嚟又有啲和風元素,坐低之後感覺好舒服,好似去咗日本咁。啲座位唔會太逼,燈光都幾柔和,好適合慢慢食嘢同傾偈。.試咗幾款炸串,每款都幾有特色。首先係「葡萄豚肉卷」,呢個組合聽落有啲奇怪,但食落又幾夾,豚肉嘅香濃同葡萄嘅清甜互相平衡,唔會太膩。跟住係「燒冬菇」,冬菇燒得啱啱好,外皮微微脆,入面仲好juicy,好有菇香。.「燒雞軟骨」就係最愛之一,脆脆哋又有咬口,食落去好過癮。「燒牛肉」都唔錯,肉質幾嫩,燒得香口但唔會太乾,啱啱好。至於「三文魚子海鮮球」,外皮炸得脆,入面有啲三文魚子同海鮮,咬落去有啲爆汁嘅感覺,幾得意。.「炸年糕」就係驚喜之選,外皮脆,入面軟糯,食落去好有口感,仲有啲微微嘅甜味。「海膽湯葉卷」就比較特別,海膽嘅鮮味同湯葉嘅滑溜感結合得幾好,不過如果唔係好鍾意海膽嘅味道就可能要諗諗。.最後係「炸蓮藕」同「炸忌廉蘋果」,蓮藕炸得脆脆哋,食落去好清爽,忌廉蘋果就係甜品嘅感覺,外皮脆,入面嘅蘋果同忌廉好夾,甜甜哋幾好食。
