朋友邀我到響灣仔嘅一間日式串揚餐廳——【Jan Jan】。呢間餐廳既主打係串揚,充滿咗濃濃嘅日式風味,枱上早已準備好咗各種調料供客人自取。我哋各自點咗唔同款嘅串揚,首先係炸年糕。炸年糕外表酥脆,內部充滿獨特嘅糯米香同甜味,口感非常有咬勁。跟著係海膽湯葉卷,新鮮嘅海膽同鮮甜嘅湯令呢道菜嘅味道同口感都極為獨特。仲有黑松露火腿炸芝士🧀 外表炸至金黃酥脆嘅芝士,搭配火腿同黑松露,奶香同咸鮮味完美融合。🦪燒蠔拼盤包括三種燒蠔:清酒燒蠔、明太子燒蠔同鹽味燒蠔。清酒燒蠔嘅清酒香氣使其更加清鮮;明太子燒蠔嘅燒烤過嘅明太子味道特別香,同蠔嘅味道完美搭配;而鹽味燒蠔則保留咗蠔本身嘅鮮味,加上鹽味後更加咸香。🍗🥩燒過嘅京蔥帶點焦味,味道非常獨特,係必點菜品。燒雞翼同燒牛肉嘅肉質都非常嫩滑多汁,腌製得恰到好處。呢間餐廳好岩朋友聚餐,邊傾偈邊享受美味嘅串揚,真係再幸福不過😋 continue reading
