好耐之前就興左排串串系列吸納左大陸的飲食文化,串串燒、串串鍋既方式烹調所以專登約左朋友上來試呢間放題式的串串鍋醬料種類也不輸蝕,俾你慢慢去調味好多人都講串串鍋同打邊爐一樣,都係用個鍋去煮熟D野但我真心想講,風味呢家野真係好重要件件都串起好,唔洗起個鍋裡面用筷子夾黎夾去,一拎起就食到食完仲放起竹筒出去行左轉,D野食種類都好多麵類、菜類、丸類、甜品類都應有盡有D食材配搭都唔錯豬腩肉片捲韭菜、新鮮的魷魚、牛肉捲金針菇、豆卜我最初以為係雪米磁,點知原來係放入湯底煮的芝麻湯圓好食到不得了,個皮厚左先耐得高溫,起個碗度慢慢煮可以憑紙任點的肥牛、腩片D厚度會闊D,所以一煮熟後,D肉較紮實同埋牛肉會較重阿波蘿系列,布甸、杯裝雪糕都好吸引
