串燒風近幾年係香港大行其道, 今日就來到佐敦的山林道的串串燒先o黎國寶王老… 呀唔係, 係加多寶靚靚餐具及調味料避風塘燒茄子: 蒜蓉燒就食得多, 避風塘燒就真係第一次食, 但食落又唔錯, 熱辣辣火噴噴的避風塘味, 跟茄子好配合芝心廣島蠔脆棒: 炸春卷的外貌, 但一食就彈晒香濃芝士出o黎, 配上細細有咬口的廣島蠔粒, 只能說是’芝味無窮’日本雞蛋燒廣島蠔: 我好奇怪點解熱熱的蛋醬但都無熟透, 問店員點整但當然係商業秘密無講到俾我聽, 咁我就用我的味蕾去感受, 嘩然一聲!! 甜甜的蛋醬竟然同燒蠔咁夾, 我仲無浪費一漓蛋醬, 全飲掉燒玉子: 考工夫的蛋真不妨一試再試, 呢個簡單的燒玉子真係一點也不簡單, 薄薄的表皮包著蛋的新鮮, 因為店方用上日本雞蛋, 咬左淡之後就極度感受到簡單而甜甜的蛋, 店方係用上多少心機去做成燒羊架: 燒到沒半點蘇味, 筋亦沒找到幾條, 用料上乖, 唔駛一舊水兩舊真係好抵麻辣燒餃子雞翼: 唔駛咬骨的餃子雞翼 (除左尖)係我的最愛, 考廚師時間的餃子雞翼要廚師將肉釀入, 好花時間, 但就做成有咬口的一個佳餚串串燒的確出色, 小店真需要我們給力支持一下呢
