約十點黎到,兩人叫左十幾樣食物及啤酒埋單$5xx, 價錢屬中上,但員工服務卻令我咋舌店員一直在旁大聲傾計,無視客人,十分騷擾食物有一半是凍的,明顯不是即燒,非常失望其中叫了墨西哥醬燒粟米,超級辣,詢問店員可否幫忙整走辣醬竟然回覆:你自己用叉了走佢啦,或者$10買支水洗 聽完真係呆左。。。。。。。。。。一隻扇貝索價$108, size只屬普通, 味道亦一般埋單時突然話信用卡機壞了,沒有道歉,要求付現金感覺此店營運混亂,毫無誠意平心而論,食物質素是可以的,但以這價錢,普通的環境加上惡劣服務絕對沒有下一次 相信有要求的食客也不用考慮這間店

同朋友都喜歡坐低傾下計, 飲下酒, 咁最好梗係搵間食串燒現在沒有限用餐時間的實在難得, 而且每樣食品都要即叫即做, 等候時間可以比較長, 但每樣食品都熱呼呼得呈到你面前串燒種類都很多牛舌燒我剛剛好, 出面香脆, 入面還鎖著很多肉汁, 值得一讚BB露筍爽甜多汁, 沒有燒到變露筍乾醬汁跟豬仔脾配撘得非常好, 大件得黎, 又唔會燒到變柴, 非常好

當晚最難忘的,除了甜品外,可算是這串牛舌了!大多串燒牛舌也是薄切的,部分口感還會嚼感十足。但這裡就每件都份量十足,切成四四方方的一件,這樣厚切,口感一定韌力十足吧。怎料入口咬了一下後便發現牛舌質感是多麼軟滑,整件也腍腍的但不失應有口感。有如煮了多時的醬煮牛舌般。牛舌內還充滿了油脂,非常非常的香口,絕對是一試難忘!愛牛舌的必試!

漢堡扒亦可以放上一片芝士再燒,芝士芝燒至微乾但未有半溶狀,感覺尤如牛肉漢堡中間的餡料吧。片裝芝士緊緊地貼在漢堡扒上,切開時已感到比較厚實,切開看看,肉質較為鬆散,比較乾身且沒有太多肉汁。入口不太能感受得到芝士香,而漢堡扒肉質則比較粗糙,內裏不帶任何油份及肉汁,缺少了應有的脂香及牛肉香,而且口感較硬,有點失望呢

店員推介我們一定要試試這個招牌燒茄子,友人不感興趣,而我就經濟,一般不是味淡、多油、就是過鹹了。蒜蓉燒茄子大大份的,同時把原條茄子開邊再放上大量蒜蓉醬後再燒,最後還放上少量木魚絲提味,茄子質感軟綿,輕易就能撕出茄肉,入口發現入裏佈滿了蒜蓉碎碎,綿綿的口感,帶蒜香之餘又不會過鹹,口感多汁而沒有太多油膩感,份量控制方面配合得相當得宜呢

原條魷魚內塞滿了糯米飯,令魷魚筒變得漲漲,飽滿非常。魷魚上方還放上了木魚絲作點綴。小小的魷魚被切成了十件,切口完整,糯米飯沒有散落到碟上,飯粒緊緊的黏在魷魚圈內,做得不錯。而糯米飯入口帶點微黏,質感比較軟腍,略嫌有點過濕,而魷魚圈亦相當軟身,不會過韌,味道稍為淡一點,可自行添加一點調味粉作提味。另外燒魷魚糯米飯比較飽肚,吃過兩件後感覺有點撐胃呢

棉花糖多士日漸普及,在燒烤店內不難吃到,而這裡就創新地改為棉花糖薄餅!送來前店員說由於佔位甚多,所以要先為我們收拾一下碗碟才能放下。正當我們還在猜想份量時,店員就為我們送上一個大鐵鑊,鑊內放著一塊圓圓的薄餅,餅上佈滿了小粒的棉花糖,棉花糖燒至微焦,再淋上朱古力醬,雖然店方已預先切開,但黏黏的棉花糖取起時還是有點困難呢。甜甜的棉花糖配上帶微脆的薄餅,甜度得以中和,不會過膩,另外還有點朱古力醬提味,不過以薄餅作為甜品的確有點撐胃,想試的朋友記得胃子要預留一點位置喔~

We ordered baked oysters with cheese and truffle scallops. The baked cheese oysters are must-order for cheese lovers! The scallops were rich and fresh with truffle taste. The platter we had included grilled abalone, ox tongue, grilled eel, pork bone. The ox tongue cubes and the abalone tasted quite rich. The grilled prawn was the highlight as it was really big and sweet. As a cheese lover, I ordered the zucchini with extra cheese but was quite disappointed. 那麼大的虎蝦要燒得好吃對於我來說是有難度的, 因很難知道厚厚的蝦肉是否完全熟透, 店鋪都燒得很好, 蝦肉全熟而仍保留著肉汁, 又夠彈牙~

我不願對這碟香草牛油燒青口下很確定的評語, 因為...店員端來後, 我們趕著吃其他燒物已把青口放至最後才吃, 少不免一定影響了其味道和口感. 待我們吃時, 香草味依然香濃, 但青口肉變得較硬, 牛油的香味較淡.

完全中伏!!! 唔知點寫!!

 梳打便宜嗎 ? 你係咪成樽倒咗落D 肉度 ?????? 你要用梳打, 就請你加調味啦 
.  藝高人膽大 ???? 抑或眼高手低呀 ???

正因為咁, 我終於明白點解我星期六下午四時打去仲可以訂到位, 而當晚只有四枱客 (包括我).  大家係食到半肚之下, 雞咁腳就走了.

星期五的晚上,對一班打工仔來說,最大的意義可算是可以與一班朋友吃一個晚飯,過一個Happy Friday! 這個晚上,決定到位於尖沙咀山林道的 串燒燒烤專門店 Kebab BBQ Shop 吃一個晚飯,飲飲啤酒,聊聊天。這間餐廳有分兩部份,分別為室外及室內。 一聽到朋友說坐在室外時,都擔心十分熱。但餐廳都有提供室外冷氣,所以不會感到熱,但卻帶有點點風味,這種環境適合與朋友聊天。(由於有部份朋友遲到的關係) 在等待的期間,點了部份小食吃,見Meun 上有馬卡隆,所以便點了來吃。這次的馬卡隆一共有四個,而四個都有不同口味,分別有朱古力味等等... 吃了朱古力味,味道十分濃厚,但是沒有太甜的感覺。而表面亦沒有裂痕 (這點十分讚!!),令人食慾太增。首先,點了一堆肉類,金菇肥牛串等。這個肥牛卷,肥牛不是太薄切,所以吃起來相當有口感。而肥牛將金菇的肉汁鎖上,配上調味料下,十分香口。另外,海鮮都十分吸引。點了帶子及大蝦,由圖可見,十分多蒜蓉,十分惹味。而大蝦的份量十分大,差不多達8吋。而店員將大蝦開邊,中間放入大大小小的蒜蓉,令整體的虎蝦弄得不錯。蝦的頭部都有蝦膏的香味,配上蒜香下,別有一番風味~

至於羊架方面,都是我的大愛。香香的羊羶味,加上十分大塊,但又不至於太多脂肪情況之下,咬下去都充滿口感,亦充滿羊的香味。

吃串燒時,當然要配上支啤酒,才為完美的一餐呢!! 餐廳中有大大小小飲料給大家點,而1664是我的最愛,串燒配上啤酒,絕對是星期五晚的好配搭!
