呢度可以話係我嘅串揚初體驗,估唔到去完大阪食過正宗串揚之後依然改變唔到佢係我心目中嘅地位,今晚又心思思想再黎。一口氣叫左好多款串揚,甜薯、南瓜、青椒仔同、秋葵同雞脾菇正常發揮,爽脆多汁,重點係個外皮真係炸得好薄又夠脆,點埋醬汁好夾。 芥末牛柳同免治鷄肉都係外脆內嫩有肉汁,多春魚新鮮爆春,個人膚淺地最愛芝心竹輪卷,芝士爆哂出黎冇可能唔好食。時令刺身拼盤七品非常大堆頭,厚切又新鮮,當中最愛三文魚腩同帶子,啖啖肉、腍滑鮮甜。葱吞拿魚腩配鱈魚乾意想不到係好正嘅組合,吞拿魚蓉軟滑甘香,配落香口嘅燒鱈魚乾都冇蓋過鮮味,必叫。燒鹽麴日本豚肉好入味,燒得好香口焦脆,五花肉肥瘦適中。鐵板燒牛舌好食又好玩,牛舌有咁上下厚度,用牛油燒完好香,配wasabi同京蔥雙重口感好正。火炙三文魚加州卷、火炙三文魚壽司同火炙左口魚邊壽司三連擊,超級大件足料。 左口魚邊油香好正,三文魚魚味濃,雖然食到最後已經好飽都食唔停口。
