今日行完故宮,去左柯士甸站附近食日本野。餐廳設計以日系為主,牆上有日本壁畫,層架有日本清酒擺設,座位頗為寬敞。食物方面:1)前菜係冰鎮番茄,配上自家製醬料,相當醒胃。2)露筍豚肉串:豚肉燒到個邊焦香,加埋清爽既露筍,調搭得宜。3)鹽燒封門柳:牛肉味好濃,咬落去充滿肉汁。4)免治雞肉棒配明太子醬:雞肉及雞軟骨比例恰到好處,明太子味道濃郁。5)三文魚茶漬飯:豐腴的三文魚,配上鰹魚湯,好清甜,和風味十足。6)黃金蟹膏蟹肉飯漢堡:飯煎到金黃色,餡料有蟹肉同芝士,好特別。7)麻醬蟹子撈烏冬:烏冬彈牙,配料有青瓜絲及蟹籽,簡單好味。8)炸魷魚圈:乾身不油膩,送啤酒一流。9)三文魚籽黃金醬燒元貝殼(兩隻):上層鋪滿三文魚籽,元貝好大粒,見到都流口水。
