日式居酒屋很多時主打串燒,近來就試了一家,可以一記。一份牛舌丼定食有齊沙律、漬青瓜、茶碗蒸、味噌湯及主角牛舌丼飯,配有一小碗蔥油。前菜沙律及青瓜非常清新,可中和肉食的油膩感。茶碗蒸相當水滑,有一片冬菇、一粒雞肉和一塊魚片。至於牛舌約莫有六片以上,爽滑得宜,加點蔥油更加滋味!單點的雞肉棒跟有一隻生蛋黃以作蘸點之用,免治雞肉是啖啖肉的口感,加上滑滑的蛋液怎可能不好吃?串燒配定食烏冬也有前菜、茶碗蒸的配襯,只不過沒有味噌湯。串燒分別為雞翼、豬肉大蔥、雞肉棒以及飯糰。一串三隻雞中翼本身經已調味,表皮微焦,雞肉嫩滑。而豬肉的油脂跟香甜大蔥更是絕配的組合;至於雞肉棒雖然沒有蛋黃,也毫不失色!最驚喜的是飯糰,微脆的表面和著醬汁,堅好食!烏冬細細碗,有塊腐皮,可以連湯一飲而盡!而作為小食的炸雞,即叫即炸,絕對能一過口癮!果然居酒屋的串燒才是王道!
