灣仔嘅呢間沖繩日本嘢幾高質!外面係居酒屋既裝修 入邊嘅感覺都好舒適首先講吓佢哋嘅食物,係我食過喺香港最高質嘅居酒屋,我哋叫咗燒牛舌,可以自己落鹽或其他調味,好嘢味。之後就主力串燒,首先有沖繩苦瓜免治串燒,沖繩嘅苦瓜又甘又甜好開胃。另外叫咗雞珍,雞頸肉,雞軟骨,全部都唔係平時日式居酒屋嗰種,佢真係有啲唔同,應該係沖繩style, 好正!最推介嘅係個親子丼 個蛋有少少甜味,啲雞超級滑,推介!最後建議試埋個甜品,日式蕨餅,唔會好甜,但係爽口彈牙! continue reading

最近我在灣仔發現了一間東京涉谷60年歷史的居酒屋,價錢實惠,讓我忍不住進去嘗試。店內由日本人主理,氣氛熱鬧,非常吸引。天氣開始轉熱,點了一杯清爽的麒麟啤酒,隨後開始選擇美食。我首先試了明太子薯仔沙律,咸香的明太子配上粉滑的薯仔和三文魚籽,口感豐富,值得推薦,尤其是每日限量供應。接著是用醋醃製的水雲,加上薑和蔥,味道非常開胃。串燒方面,我選了雞皮、鹽燒雞肝和雞肉棒。雞皮香脆不油膩,雞肝鮮美,沒有腥味,搭配蛋醬的雞肉棒更是美味。沖繩苦瓜釀免治雞肉,帶有一絲甘味,完全不苦。天婦羅外脆內嫩,搭配新鮮蔬菜,吃起來非常乾爽。最後是鐵板煎餃子,聽著煎餃的聲音,讓人垂涎欲滴。鰻魚蛋炒飯也是以鐵鍋上桌,蛋醬的香氣與炒飯完美結合,增添了儀式感。整體而言,此次用餐體驗令人難忘,強烈推薦! continue reading
