Restaurant: Little Fish (Kam Ma Building)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友吹水最啱去食串燒又可以飲返兩杯。餐廳環境光猛企理。燒白鱔($88):估唔到咁大件,皮燒得香脆,好厚肉,肉汁豐富蒜蓉燒生蠔($88,3隻):超級蒜蓉,非常惹味。生蠔肥美。燒安格斯牛柳粒($78):安格斯牛柳油香味十足燒牛舌心串($38):好抵食。佢係屬於厚身嗰隻。口感彈牙。燒雞中翼($58,3隻):雞中翼時間燒得啱啱好,唔會太乾。燒雞軟骨($58,2串):雞軟骨有咬口得來唔會太硬。送啤酒一流。鹽燒牛肉串($48,2串):估唔到都幾大串,牛肉質感夠林易咬開建議大家喺OpenRice訂咗位先嚟食,有折扣抵好多啊。
