這間位於銅鑼灣的【Mokumoku Yakiton】，是一間居酒屋，主打日本串燒，其中豚肉串燒更是推介，有多款特色豚部位，配清酒簡直一流。蒜子蕃茄沙律蕃茄酸甜開胃，十分清爽。刺身三點三文魚肥美，色澤鮮艷；帶子鮮甜無渣；赤蝦大隻，肉質爽彈。冬菇冬菇燒至軟身，加上木魚絲，帶點燒汁甜香。豬腰豬腰燒至剛熟，表面帶焦香，入口不會燒太乾太硬。芫荽肉卷入口爆汁，芫荽爽脆，豬肉油脂滲出，十分多汁。芝士豬耳豬耳十分爽口，表面舖上芝士後再火炙，芝士半溶。
