To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係銅鑼灣經過呢間酒吧,覺得幾特別,西式酒吧但配日式串燒,所以見肚餓又想飲野就入左去試試。酒吧位於耀華街地鋪,唔難揾,因為7點都未到,所以都唔算多人,唔洗等位就入得。我哋叫左柚子油甘魚碎紫菜卷、日式炸豆腐、燒雞軟骨、日本小青椒、燒牛舌、同埋四式串燒。酒方面,叫左白殘波泡盛、殘波青檸泡盛,仲有lemon grass cocktail。食物都算快到,柚子油甘魚碎紫菜卷,油甘魚同柚子估唔到咁夾,魚既鮮甜加埋清爽既柚子味,用紫菜包住食啱啱好,推介。日式炸豆腐,每次去唔同既居酒屋都會叫,今次都唔例外,同想像中味道一樣,外脆內軟,好食😋燒雞軟骨、日本小青椒、燒牛舌、同埋四式串燒,都燒得唔錯,雖然冇乜大驚喜,但燒得啱啱好,熱辣辣,唔錯,不過如果燒既時候可以落多啲鹽,應該會更惹味。
