臨近聖誕節的星期六,銅鑼灣的食肆周圍都 fully booked,臨急臨忙打電話訂枱吃飯基本上是無可能的事,最後給我們book到權八,不需要限時限刻,也不需同人迫。7時入座,吃至8時半離座,全程都尚有好多吉枱...大家可想而知權八於香港的受歡迎程度....其實權八的環境絕對不差,裝修上非常有心思。有 Bar 枱、和式枱及西式枱,全間餐廳以深木色為主調,燈光昏暗。喜歡的朋友就會說有情調,不喜歡的就說陰沉。提提大家,如果閣下是 Lee Gardens Club Avenue 的會員,每次消費都可免費獲贈一支清酒。今晚送的是300ml的"真澄",味道都不錯。令天大家都 focus 點了多款串燒,價錢每串由$30至$138元不等。串燒整體上味道是可以的,最美味是索價$138元一串的大葱吞拿魚腩串。角切 Toro 都算大件,燒至 medium rare,外脆內微温,油脂十足,貴得有道理。汁燒美國牛柳 ($58/串),牛味濃郁,火喉控制都好好,每件都約4成熟。燒汁也不會過鹹,推介!牛舌串($68/串)其實都OK好食,牛舌夠厚及有彈性,只可惜坊間都有很多比 Gonpachi 平靚正的選擇,所以十分抱
