座位有點狹窄,門口掛滿燈籠,很有氣氛。前菜小吃是牛蒡和芥末魷魚,還有一舊青檸可以沾檸檬汁。鹽燒雞肉串雞肉鮮嫩,簡單的鹽調味突出了肉的原味。雞腎處理得當,口感嫩滑,略帶香料的味道。雞肝質地細膩。雞心有嚼勁,內部鮮嫩。日本青椒仔微苦中帶甜,烤後香氣濃郁,還有一點點煙燻芝士的香氣。蒜香燒茄子質地軟糯,蒜香濃郁,滋味十足。黑毛豚肉五花腩肥瘦相間,油脂香濃,入口好大陣豚肉的味道。牛舌心口感細膩,略帶嚼勁。燒日本京蔥蔥香濃郁,甜味突出,烤後更添香氣。巨峰乳酸梳打清爽解膩,酸甜適中,熱辣辣飲一杯好爽。
