To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前陣子因為功課忙的關係,已經有約兩個月沒有見嫲嫲,連中菜飲茶也很久沒有試過了…是日剛好正式完sem,晚上跟嫲嫲到陶源賀壽。點了一個套餐,水準可以接受。一共有八道主菜,菜式如下:1.即燒原隻奶豬- 傳統套餐頭盤,外皮脆都幾肥。2.米蘭焗釀鮑魚- 一人一隻,鮑魚不太濃,但都是蠻有趣的一道菜式。3.上湯美國龍蝦- 其實味道可以,但龍蝦肉太少,幾乎全部都是吃殼…4.黑松露炸子雞- 因為不太好雞,所以都很難下評語,不過相信黑松露只是噱頭LOL5. 京蔥生爆南美遼蔘- 味道麻麻。6.腿蓉竹笙鴛鴦蔬- 豆苗和茹都可以。7.生拆蟹肉花膠生翅- 略嫌太咸。8.清蒸沙巴金花尾- 蒸得蠻好吃,差不多是今晚再愛。香芋臘味粒炒飯-雖然蠻油,但意外地香口,幾好味。因為嫲嫲生日的關係,所以另外點了壽包,只有大壽包而已,包不夠鬆軟,size太大。另外還附有歐陸美點,是類似芒果的mousse,雖然正式名字不清楚,不過還不錯(好像有點重點錯XD)。今餐不算便宜,水準一般,不過只要嫲嫲開心,有地方可以一家人齊齊整整坐下來吃頓晚飯已經很足夠了。
