朋友飯聚推薦這間傳統粵菜,見到menu 有好多想食嘅菜式,令我非常期待這次飯局。先上枱嘅係預先訂好嘅冬瓜盅。非常適合現時炎熱嘅天氣。冬瓜盅非常足料,但湯有啲淡口,不過配合其他菜式就非常之夾。跟住上枱嘅有兩款小食:蜜汁燒雞肝同蝦多士 ,都係平時比較少見嘅菜式。燒雞肝冇好似金錢雞咁有肥豬肉包住,可以更加食到雞肝的原味。 蝦多士炸得脆而乾身,師傅應記一功。今時今日已經很少酒樓會有叫化雞。不過坦白講除咗新奇好玩之外,我並不特別喜歡這道菜。我反而更加欣賞 另一道懷舊菜香酥鴨。師傅真係炸到酥香。另外仲有咕嚕肉同金銀蛋莧菜。咕嚕肉嘅甜酸汁教得不錯。甜品係令我整晚最期待嘅焗西米布甸。果然沒有令我失望。上面夠燶,而布甸亦冇水汪汪的情況。
