To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於上環摩羅街有間主打手工啤酒嘅餐廳一Blue supreme。呢間餐廳裝修行摩登風格，以墨綠色的牆身配上木製傢俬，環境舒適愜意。雖然小店主打啤酒🍻但食物質素都好高質😍Lunch set 包一款沙律、主食及飲品/啤酒。Lunch Set $208📌Snow Pea Salad 唔太唔中意，事關草青味好勁。就算有芝士同pancetta 都遮唔到陣草青味🥲📌Steak and fries (+$55)呢款係店鋪招牌！牛肉呈粉嫰色，表面煎至微焦色。Skirt steak脂肪唔太多，肉汁豐富且軟腍，配上洋蔥汁後口感更佳！而薯條都即叫即炸，吸埋上面啲肉汁就算唔落茄汁都好好食🫶🏻📌Beef and lamb muffin 羊羶味幾勁不過夾埋牛肉一齊整食又幾夾🙆🏻‍♀️雖然無咩肉汁但加埋洋蔥及芝士的調味已經好夠！📌It’s alive beer(易入口幾推薦）📌Latte (唔建議嗌咖啡☕️啲豆唔得🥲）
