To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 銅鑼灣食街出名多有格調的西餐廳，今晚和老公去其中一間名為Coast的餐廳晚膳。餐廳設有半開放式廚房，食客可以近距離看到新鮮的生蠔。餐廳陳設亦與店名相配合，以海岸常見的如船漿及貝殼為裝飾，別具特色。🐮🥣傳統牛尾濃湯～牛尾帶筋，吃起來有嚼勁；搭配大量蔬菜，如西芹，蕃茄及甘筍等，有營香甜，滋潤而不膩口。值得一提是伴湯的蒜蓉多士也非常高質，香脆可口。🦐🥠西班牙香辣鮮蝦風腸餡角～餡角內包裹着鮮蝦及西班牙風腸，非常鮮味；餡角煎得外脆內嫰，廚師於烹調時更特意加上花椒油，令餡角帶微辣，吃起來更惹味。🥗傳統凱撒沙律～這裡的凱撒沙律賣相和坊間常見的看似大同小異，實質卻別具特色。沙律加了半熟的流心蛋及香脆的銀魚柳，令口感更特別，吃起來更爽脆美味。🦞🍲龍蝦芝士通心粉～廚師把新鮮龍蝦拆肉切件，配上三重芝士，令通心粉有拉絲效果，鮮味十足。
