To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記得有晚和朋友在這間餐廳飲嘢,印象中係舒服嘅,所以這晚也決定去試下晚餐,餐廳位置都容易找,服務員見我喜歡影相也細心比多一個靚靚聖誕樹🎄我影,也因為將近聖誕節餐廳氣氛佈置得很美麗,很有氣氛、餐廳還放著輕鬆/懷舊的歌曲🎶,食物質素都很好,試了杯Ginger Wine(天氣凍飲真係好啱)👍,其他食物有相分享,整體服務態度和食物質素都係高分的,雖然CP值唔算高,但相信再幫襯機會高,下次會試下午餐🤭! continue reading

上個月朋友返來香港約飯,揀咗呢間餐廳。有室外同室內,室外都幾浪漫。個套餐令我哋好有驚喜!第一個上嘅係海鮮拼盤,有新鮮嘅蠔、長腳蟹、生魚片 - 真係好新鮮!!!啖啖鮮甜,特別個蠔口感滑嫩,好值得叫。🦪🦪🦪👌個雞胸牛油果藜麥沙拉🥗好正,雞肉嫩滑👅,搭配清爽嘅藜麥+smooth嘅牛油果🥑,口感豐富但又好健康。搭配嘅醬汁恰到好處~香蒜橄欖油浸蝦🦐都一絕,蝦肉鮮甜同埋香氣撲鼻,唔會太油膩。主菜就係加拿大豬扒,肉質鮮嫩加埋搭配綿密嘅牛油薯蓉,味道blend得好好。最後甜品係菠蘿椰子拿破崙,層次分明,清新的椰子味和菠蘿的酸甜完美結合。最重要嘅係一個人先560元(原價800),性價比相當高,service都好好,絕對值得推薦! continue reading

銅鑼灣的食街勁多各式各樣美食,今次和朋友去一間專吃海鮮和牛的餐廳,星期日的午餐都幾抵食,最平$148起連加一就可以食到半自助餐,主菜連任食沙律巴同湯的套餐。烤穀飼安格斯封門牛柳配焦糖甘笋,忌廉風琴薯及阿根廷青醬$228封門牛柳充滿牛味,塗上焦糖甘笋,烤完後條邊十分焦脆~薯蓉夠幼滑。香煎澳洲盲鰽魚柳伴鮮蜆青豆忌廉汁$208魚柳煎得好香,魚柳也夠滑。青豆忌廉汁配魚柳好夾,重點是天氣開始涼了,但魚柳保溫保得好好,食落暖呼呼!沙律吧有幾款沙律,款款都好有誠意,水牛蕃茄芝士沙律配香草醬、長通粉沙律、鷹嘴豆沙律、自選配搭連鴨胸都有,比一般餐廳多款式呢。是日餐湯是南瓜湯,幾濃郁又好有南瓜味。餐廳仲話而家仲做緊慶祝德國啤酒節,11月前可以用$250優惠價,買到5杯啤酒通行證爽嘆冰凍啤酒。餐廳勁好,我們由1點半坐到4點都咁歡迎,超級nice! continue reading
