今次去咗中環食串燒,呢到嘅串燒以雞為主,另外有豚、牛、熟食、野菜、甜品、酒類等。見到雞有分稀少部位,咁一定要叫黎試下,稀少部位有6款,但就因為稀少嘅關係,未必每日都會有齊咁多款,而今次就得其中3款。Aka part of Chicken Thigh/Chicken Oyster/Engawa part of GizzardEngawa part of Gizzard係腎邊,口感爽彈,一絲絲咁比腎更容易咀嚼。Chicken Oyster係背部靠近大腿部位凹槽中嘅肉,形狀類似生蠔,雞肉連埋皮一起燒,雞皮燒到金黃脆口,油香四溢,雞肉嫩滑多汁比Aka part of Chicken Thigh更滑、更好食。soft bone/wing/liver一條條嘅soft bone非常脆口,liver控制火喉得宜,入口軟綿。Pork Belly & Asparagus/Egg Roll Skewers/Beef and Sea Urchin & Salmon Roe/Fried Tofu不得不讚Beef and Sea Urchin & Salmon Roe嘅三重口感,有和牛嘅入口即溶、海膽嘅鮮甜同卜卜

我地叫咗款熟食試試,加咗雞湯煮嘅Carbonara Udon味道更香濃。

以為係sake味嘅雪糕,黎到先知係分開嘅,sake加咗落雪糕到,味吾會太濃,啱曬我呢啲吾多飲酒嘅人。自家製焦糖布甸十分香滑,又吾會好甜,有這甜品作總結,十分完滿。
