Brass Spoon主打越南牛肉粉,於灣仔、鰂魚涌、中環設有分店,連續4年獲米芝蓮美食推介!當日喺港島區開完會,就去咗灣仔月街附近拍低架車搵食!見到呢間Pho店門外有米芝蓮貼紙就決定入去試吓啦!#生牛肉粉 HK$ 90個湯底真係好濃郁!原來個湯底係用100斤牛筒骨熬察,還加入了美國牛腱、牛腩等,天天現熬至少12小時。唔怪之得咁勁濃味!我特別叫咗多青蔥、多洋蔥,口感超正!生牛肉都好滑,唔會太煙韌!#春卷 HK$55春卷入面材料好豐富,新鮮熱辣食唔會覺得太油!
