自從食過係日本雞白湯拉麵之後,我都愛上咗佢🌟灣仔區呢個拉麵主戰場有好多唔同種類湯頭嘅拉麵😌今次搵咗呢間主打雞白湯湯頭嘅鳥華亭✨湯頭用咗50公斤雞腳&20公斤雞殼等等材料慢火熬製12小時🤩至極雞白湯拉麵奶黃色嘅湯頭濃厚又Creamy,滿滿骨膠原嘅感覺🤤有三塊滑溜嘅雞叉燒、一隻糖心蛋、蘆筍同脆蓮藕片食晒成碗都唔覺得油膩🥰特盛雞白湯拉麵呢碗拉麵湯頭相對至極個碗無咁濃稠😚不過雞叉燒多一倍、又有幾塊紫菜同無渣嘅筍!同樣都有一隻糖心蛋😆食晒成碗非常滿足💓唐揚雞既然係雞白湯嘅舖頭,一定要叫埋雞料理😇唐揚炸粉薄薄一層,裏面雞肉夠晒嫩又有肉汁👍餃子餃子皮帶點煙靭,煎個面夠晒香脆😝餃子菜肉餡料脹卜卜,調味鹹甜適中😋飲品方面竟然有CRAFTEA嘅蜜桃紅茶叫😍鳥華亭 (灣仔)灣仔交加里22-30號華都樓地下15號舖
