琴日去咗大埔超級城,行到攰緊係食啦,行經附近見到一間三個餃子店,餃子我都鍾意食架喎,咁梗係試吓啦呢度有特色嘅餃子就係松茸餃子,松茸係一啲好矜貴嘅食材唔係度度都有架,竟然俾佢諗到整餃子,我地叫左兩個小食:一個松茸腐皮卷一個麻辣松花皮蛋。腐皮卷皮薄足料喎皮蛋配薑片一直都係絕配,薑片用咗一啲醋去醃制酸酸甜甜,皮蛋亦都有麻辣味,食完個口都麻左,兩者嘅配搭都幾好重慶鮮肉雲吞開頭諗住好辣,點知比想像中冇咁辣好好彩生煎松茸子配四保元氣湯係一個餐嚟嘅,由於餃子係生煎,所以所需嘅時間都要20至30分鐘,熱辣辣新鮮煎起嘅餃子我最鍾意食,餃子皮好脆食飽飽繼續有力去行街街
