To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今早出外開會, 想想在哪兒吃早餐, 就選間未食過既茶餐廳 - 兆和! 每次也是過門而不入, 因為老公總拖著去了翠華/真味!早餐餐牌選擇多....有成兩大頁, 我選了平時吃慣的茄蛋治及奶茶, $17, 作嚐試! 奶茶不是用玻璃杯, 風味已減, 聞落奶味重, 飲下...真的不是我杯茶了, 茶味不太地道! 茄蛋治的蛋也煎得幾嫩, 幾厚, 蕃茄好多亦清甜, 麵包薄略濕, 鬆軟, 厚一點就完美! 樓底空間不及同區茶餐廳, 但勝在冷氣足, 見到常餐, 特餐也頗多選擇, 值得一提的是有蕃茄湯底....下次會再試試!
