名廚主理茶餐廳食物會係點呢? 抱住期望試一試佢環境視覺上舒適乾淨。入座已經係晚餐時段,但發現下午茶係抵食好多既。我地簡左茶餐廳必叫既茄豬(原本想講焗豬,但佢係無焗既) 同埋粟米肉粒飯,當然佢個真名係華麗好多啦見之前祥仔係媒體特意推介 "兩日兩夜羅送湯", 話係自己學廚時候第一個學煮既項目,有情意結,咁肯肯定加錢都要試啦點知,我地好失望呀! 飲落去既感覺係好水,d蔬菜同個湯既味係分開既,蔬菜係煮到夠諗,但d湯就好似平日家常滾既兩個鐘蕃茄湯。好啦,講番個主菜茄豬先,茄底正常擺盤靚,脆豬好有驚喜,juicy有肉香夠厚道,呢種質感應該係茶餐廳無出現過,唔會過鹹,一般茶餐廳會落咖哩粉醃肉辟雪味,或者落鬆肉粉,呢個絕對食唔出有咁既影子,高水準到 show me your love飯,都好驚喜!汁底有d鮮甜,粟米粒食得出係新鮮既!豬柳肉味較脆豬稍遜,但勝在肉質細嫩,件頭足,加埋上面少少紅色同綠色d 菜苗,令到個飯有少少蔬菜既fresh, 好balance!見祥仔話個蘋果批都要試,好啦,見你平時電視煮野d 嘉賓贊你贊到咁勁,你推介得,我地又加錢試埋喇。個酥皮非常非常脆,仲一d油既感覺都無,做得好好,

個酥皮非常非常脆,仲一d油既感覺都無,做得好好,可以多番少少牛油香就完美啦
蘋果同提子用冧酒炮製過,入晒味!吉士醬味道同質地都非常好。我有留意,呢個醬我搵唔到雲呢拿籽,如果無用新鮮雲呢拿籽做到呢個味,師父好野
不過裝飾果d草草唔好加入去啦,d味同甜品唔夾。
