To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 潮流興監獄play。要體驗監獄，去咩澳牛？茶餐廳滿足到你。由坐低到走嗰一刻，啲侍應貫徹主題監獄式服務，落單唔望人態度west掟嘢落檯全部交足戲。常餐個通粉一食完即刻收你嘢，爭在未講一句「走啊你！」，呢度戲就爭少少。講返主題餐廳啲食物，本身見到常餐有番茄湯通粉，心諗正喎，於是揀左呢間。嚟到發現原來係番茄+湯通粉。而味道考慮埋性價比就真係below average。唔正常嘅餐仲可唔可以叫常餐？建議改為特餐。但可能性價比低都係主題餐廳嘅特色。我好少俾差嘅review，因為唔想影響人地生意。但食完成肚火，真係忍唔住反映下。我唔係要求卑躬屈膝嘅服務，亦唔一定同意顧客至上，但要求最基本嘅禮貌其實唔係好過份？當然，由主題餐廳嘅角度評分，呢間整體100分。而且人來人往，可能真係潮流興監獄play。
