To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺門口行過見到佢係米芝蓮推介小食店,心大心細單未做出決定,所以附近行多個圈之後都係決定去試吓,食物係有d水準,但係見d牌話自己連續7年米芝蓮會令人更高期望,香茅雞翼同豬扒上的香茅配料味道還可以,但係可以在濃香茅味多少少,而雞皮不香不脆,既然唔重香茅味又唔脆皮,可能揀牛油雞翼會更好,而豬扒亦都切得好薄,唔算好有咬口,不過$60一碗粉都算OK。但係小食既價錢有d貴,$30一碟蝦餅幾唔抵,雖然味道好,但係好細塊而且好薄
